The 500mb cap is for streaming data. All other usage is unlimited, so just don't sit on YouTube all day.

I'm tempted to leave tmobile usually there's a few good sim only deals around but it's been quiet for the past few months
I asked for a text for confirmation while on the phone the text i recieved litterally states:
"We've changed your price plan to solo 12. You'll now benefit from 600 mins unlimited texts unlimited internet £7.50 per month"
I read this while on the phone with him still, and RE- CONFIRMED the 3GB of data, faster (normal) speeds.. and he stated that the contract is simply continuing under the SAME TERMS as before but for another 12 months..
i just rang tmobile to cancel / give 30 days notice. i said straight up if same contract given I'll stay other wise please accept my notice. i was straight away given the same deal 600 mins/500 text/ u/l Internet + booster all for 7.50. i have received confirmation as well. happy !!!!
thanks op for originally posting...
Cheapest they could do was the £11 sim that's advertised on there website.I choose the I'd like to cancel phone option.
They kept pushing for me to take the £11 a month deal even after I mentioned I could get a better deal from tesco mobile or giffgaff for £10 and be on a 1 month contract.
Off to tesco I go
So it's definitely 600m + 500t + web AND a booster, as some were suggesting that it's now without the extra booster.
But T-Mobile charge for voice mail and do not take from inclusive minutes. (So you need voicemail booster).
They, also charge for calls to some UK mobile networks eg Lyamobile (how is one supposed to easily know which network a phone is on)? This is because of a dispute with them and the customer pays.
o2, 3, vodafone, orange do not charge extra for calls to Lycamobile.
Hence, I declined.
T-Mobile used to be my favorite network, now I consider it to be the worst network.
Also.... when CPW group combined with Quidco provides zero cost deals even £5 a month is £5 too much, if you can afford the upfront cost!

Lycamobile apparently arent considered inclusive mobile minutes!
How would I have known that? '3' Network also have 074xx numbers!
Depends really, T-mobile is £2.50 cheaper with more minutes. GiffGaff has Unlimited Text and Data.
I would never go back onto T-mobile myself, had nothing but problems with signals.
is there a way new customers can get this?
DD has a Blackberry which Giff Gaff don't support (so I understand) so T mobile again for us.
Im exactly the opposite , i had nothing but trouble with GiffGaff/O2 and would never use them again , literally , id rather use two tin cans and some string, BUT if you have a good O2 signal then they are generally one of the better PAYG deals.
Voted Hot this is a good deal.

No wait, hang on
I'm not overly impressed with T-Mobile's reception but for £7.66 it'll do!
Thanks for reposting this! Missed it the first time around! My contract's up soon, so I may try to move to this one. Double the minutes, half the price! Cheers!
It is indeed. I'm on 750mb with Orange, but then I do pay £35 a month and for £7.50, you really can't complain about 500mb of data.
