Following a violent thunderstorm, artist David Drayton and a small town community come under vicious attack from creatures prowling in a thick and unnatural mist. Local rumors point to an experiment called the 'The Arrowhead Project' conducted at a nearby top-secret military base, but questions as to the origins of the deadly vapor are secondary to the group's overall chances for survival.

sorted byJust to recap the previous 120 threads - some people say "This was brilliant ". Others lean towards the "this was the worst film I eva sawd" point of view. It's a 50/50 split
Good price - buy it/don't buy it... shut the hell up... move on! :-D
So did I, got free cinema tix for it as well, almost felt like walking out, about the only redeeming factor was that the ending at least wasn't predictable.
The ending of the film basically traumatized me... a sat in silence for a few minutes unable to do anything
Amazing price!
Yes, the ending of this film does make you want to die. Hard to believe its the same guy that directed Shawshank, I can only think something really extreme and bad happened to him between the two films.
My favourite film of 2008. Very underated film, the ending was just brilliant. Up there with good endings like Se7en, Sixth Sense & Usual Suspects. Although not as convoluted perhaps.
The chemist scene made my skin crawl
Some love it, others hate it (as you can see) but its def worth a watch for the ending....
Another film not worth watching, at any price.
Agreed. This movie was laughably bad. Steer clear would be my recommendation.
Lol, the joys of Movie deals on HUKD . Here's the imdb link: imdb.com/tit…28/ where 66,000 people felt it warranted a fogtastic 7.4/10.
If you saw that ending as the 'obvious' one then you need an excorcisum performed on you.
A thousand apologies, O Great Exalted One.
From this day forward, none shall exchange thy opinions towards goods on the HUKD site, lest they be cut down by the scathing wit of Mr Echo.
Same here, I thought they made a horrible mistake by actually showing the entities which were laughably cheap CGI and took all the fright out of it.
I thought the end was predicably as well because I was expecting a nasty ending, if it had been a happy ending I'd have been genuinely surprised.
John
A good film at a cracking price. I paid about £8 last year for it and gladly pay that agian, so for this price it's a steal.
It may not be a Hollywood blockbuster, nor a movie that will lodge itself into people's memory like Shawshank or Deliverance ;-) but a good movie nevertheless.
Damn right!!! And that's Dear Mr Echo sunshine
agreed. Shocking. WHAT was so good about the ending?
agreed. SOoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo obvious and its not like its a twist or anything and FFS its on the DVD cover?!?!??!
