I purchased the Vax SpotWash Max Pet Design. On the day our new carpet was laid, we arrived home to find Nelly the Whippet had had a jimmy on it. The Vax removed all trace and odour of the contents of our beloved hounds bladder. Worth every penny.

Keep an eye on ebay for refurbished ones that arrive new for about £60.

Hi... is there a way of knowing when it's actually new before ordering. Do they mention it in the listing... or is it a gamble.

Just be careful here, I bought one on amazon (brand new) and it was clearly used and packed perfectly back from another customer which was annoying.

That's out if order. Did it have a return sticker on it? I had that with a moisturiser. Told them i want a new one. They sent a RM to collect it and sent out a replacement. (edited)

I was really annoyed with the whole thing, so now I check everything with Amazon. It is far to easy to return sometimes which can be a negative in situations like these where you will generally use this as a one off
