Since Nov'15 I've scratched 22 cards (different ones all with promos) and won 10p three times. I've bought about 15 lotto tickets and won 0.00.
Hopefully others are luckier.
But good deal anyway!

This has saved me a packet so far and I can now start down my second career as an accountant as well.

The best discount I've managed so far was a shade under £300 off a new iMac, it somewhat **** on the £3.20 I saved buying clothes for the kids in Matalan

Mine hasn't arrived yet, but logged in to check the status and turns out they let you know the card number before it arrives (It's being processed). Used it on the Spotify Premium Student page et voila, Premium for £4.99.

Considering I've been paying full whack for Spotify already and would have carried on doing so this deal has already put me £37.88 up on the year!

Couple that with 6 months Prime and 5% discount (when the actual card arrives) and 10% on the Co-op (where I do lot of my lunch shopping) it's gonna save me a ton of money!

Might even do the accountancy course just so I feel a little better morally ;)

Worked for me. I have my NUS extra card in my hand now. Didn't appear to do any checks on the course though. The irony for me is that I was a student for 5 years I didn't have one then!

Vendee is a fantastic part of France and weather tends to be very good as it is reasonably close to Spain. The best crossing is Portsmouth to Caen or maybe St Marlo but will cost around £250 plus you would need to factor in an overnight stop unless you plan on travelling for at least 10 hours even if you live close to Portsmouth. All that is part of the fun for me but it would spoil it for some people. All in all a good deal though, heat added.

The BEST crossing is Poole to St Malo !!!

Vendee has a microclimate and is 2nd sunniest part of France after the Med Coast in the south

Its not really close to Spain, the part the parks are in is classed as Northern France

Yes St Malo is closest french port BUT the crossing is 8-10 hours depending on ferry, its a 6 hour drive from calais if you can drive properly or about 5 from (Newhaven ) Dieppe.

Its 400 miles (roughly) from Calais,If you need an overnight stop you should FLY instead.

Plus £46.50 worth of surcharges (look under fine print)

"£12.50 surcharge for single pack of linen and towel hire.
£18.50 surcharge for double pack of linen and towel hire.
Families of four will have to purchase one double and two single packs."

wording is ambiguous at best .

Have to agree with everyone else. It's not crystal, but nowhere have I got the impression that this is reduced to £15pm. To be it reads "£15 upfront cost when you sign up to £34 a month" - in fact on the main page that price is mentioned at least 3 times.

Thanks anyone, would be scorching if this was as you read it and I'd be signing on the dotted line!!

What irks me is black taxis being allowed in the bus lane. Ridiculous!
Why is someone, who can afford to be driven to their destination, deemed more important than anyone else in their own car?
Private hire drivers need to pay for a licence from the council and I'm pretty sure business type car insurance. Plus if I'm paying a premium to have someone drive me somewhere I'd want to be able to bypass traffic otherwise there wouldn't be much point, unless you don't want to leave your car wherever you're going or can't drive or need more space than a bus provides.
I disagree.

If I'm paying for my car, road tax, insurance, mot, petrol, maintenance, car depreciation etc etc, why should someone paying none of that shoot past in the bus lane?

I could have 4 people in my car, yet a single passenger in a taxi cab gets priority!?

Use public transport, that's what it's there for.

Taxis should be banned from Bus Lanes.

Well personally i left inter regiment rivalry for the arm chair generals like yourself, as long as the men and women who i used to serve beside did there jobs without me having to molly coddle them I did not give a hoot which unit they served with, i met plenty of good soldiers in the stabs (army slang for - Stupid TA **** ) for instance .
I joined the army back in 1991 at the age of 19y with the Cheshire regiment as a rifleman and as you mite put it flipflopped between the Persian gulf and the Balkans gaining a few Operational Service and Campaign Medals just like the rest of the guys and girls who i used to serve with.
Then when the Cheshire regiment got the chop in 2007 i wanted to join the 16th assault brigade and did my Pre-Parachute Selection course and then went into the 3rd Battalion, Parachute Regiment.I then left in 2005 after doing one tour trying to keep the lid on Basra from boiling over.
You must have had a good time machine to have left in 2005 and then transferred to the Parachute Regiment in 2007! Some of your lingo doesn't sound right for someone who's (allegedly) a Para and why the hell would someone who is Parachute Regiment be putting up photos of RLC and AGC cap badges (which by the way is on the first page of google images when you google 16 Air Assault Bde). Dates don't match up, lingo is all wrong, using google images....I smell a walt!
Listen captain birds eye ,if you ever you noticed any of my posts i tend to make typing mistakes as some smart **** already commented and sometimes that includes numbers.
Funnily enough i don't have any digital photos pre 2005 like most people because i simply did not have a camera back then as they where pretty expensive or awful.IF you had ever done any service you would of known that troops get ferried between different barracks all the time to use training faculties that other basses lack.
Anyway Im sorry if i hurt your feelings about the arm chair general remark as it has obviously struck a cord with you so i will let you say what ever you want if it really makes you feel better. I know i was training at Whittington Barracks doing my phase 1 training outside lichfeild which served as a depot for the Prince of Wales' Division back 91 before i joined my home county regiment based at Chester and went on from there.
If you want to carry then we can always talk on ****.COM as i know plenty of the guys on there who acutely know what there talking about and put some service in.
What a Guy! You should change your name to 'Ace' Darksaber so nobody is in any doubt how amazing you are.
I think you made a spelling mistake as well, you missed the R and mistyped C instead of S in Ace :-)

The only thin amazing is how cold this is getting!
Forget £1200, what actually makes this even a £600 bed? It's only faux leather and the TV & mattress are not included. Not even any word on the base (assumed just wooden slats). Guess people are taken in by a £50 TV mount and £20 wireless speakers.
There's absolutely no way of knowing the quality of this product, why would you buy bed off a deals website without even seeing it in the flesh? Maybe if it's £100 and you are just looking for something short term or a guest bed!
