Tintin, his dog Snowy and his pal Captain Haddock are back for their biggest adventure yet in Steven Spielberg’s adaptation of the much loved comic book series.

When Tintin comes across a model ship, he is awestruck by its beauty but little does he know that it holds the secret to finding a sunken ship commanded by Captain Haddock's ancestor.

Before long Tintin’s relentless pursuit of a good story thrusts him into grave danger as he and his friends find themselves in a game of cat and mouse against the evil Red Rackham.

Thanks. got 4 for P'boro's manky Showcase. As usual, the only way to get tickets is looking on HUKD as by the time I get the sky e-mail, all the tickets have gone.

To all those begging for tickets. Phone sky and ask for any movies offers. I have had 6 months half price and another 3 months half price this year so far,

The grovelling on this site is ridiculous, If you don't have sky movies you don't get tickets. People are grovelling over the sake of a few quid.

    Pathetic.

THERE IS SOME PEOPLE OUT THER WHO ARE KIND YOU ARE NOT ONE OF THEM I BET.HOPE EVERYONE AGREES WITH ME.

Hi. I'm one of the people that have Sky and can AFFORD it. When I see people offering tickets to a showing I could get to, but instead I can't because all the tickets have gone to people like you, it really annoys me.

Heck, you won't see me grovelling for all your receipts for tesco so I can have the clubcard points, or even asking for your clubcard vouchers!

These are a perk of having sky.

You don't have sky. Well tough luck.

TO TOMWATTS HOW DARE YOU REPLY LIKE THAT YOU RUDE PERSON. I HAVE NEVER … TO TOMWATTS HOW DARE YOU REPLY LIKE THAT YOU RUDE PERSON. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY TICKETS FROM SKY OF ANYONE. I JUST ASK LIKE LOTS OF OTHER PEOPLE. SOME PEOPLE OFFER THEM WHEN THEY CANNOT GO. IF I GET TICKETS FROM SFF AND I CANNOT GO I INFORM SFF SO SOMEONE ELSE CAN HAVE THEM I AM NOT SELFISH OR RUDE LIKE YOU. WHILST YOU TALK ABOUT VOUCHERS I SHOP AT ASDA NOT TESCO.

Firstly, your caps lock button appears to be broken - May I suggest this hotukdeals.com/dea…307 since you shop in ASDA.

Secondly, I never said you shop at tesco, it was merely an example of grovelling on a par with these tickets. FYI I shop at both tesco and asda. They're both lovely.

Thirdly, you've just shot yourself in the foot...

Just so you know, I have done a number of ticket giveaways to events such as the iTunes festival, and with the SKY tickets, I don't claim what I'm not going to go and see. What you're asking people to do is the opposite of what you do. You tell SFF you want a randomer to have the tickets, not somebody on here. I could do that with all my tickets with sky actually. I could claim them all for people on HUKD, and then at the last minute tell SKY that I'm not going to go, so someone else, WHO HAS SKY MOVIES can go.

I feel that as you also use SFF you've become used to a society where you want everything for nothing.

That's just my opinion, and I know that many of my friends who also happen to value Sky Movies enough to purchase it every month feel the same as myself.

The system needs to be sorted so it is infact a REWARD for those of us who pay a Kazillion pounds a month (Yes, it's a real word).

If you are a Sky subscriber, please do not give the tickets to non subscribers, it leaves none for the rest of us and is very annoying.

Why are you helping people that do not subscribe to Sky? Some people may try and get tickets later who do subscribe but there will not be any left ?? I have written a letter of complaint to HUKD, Sky and the Cinema concerned as I think this is really unfair.

But with deals specific for paying customers it's a little different. Put yourself in my position for a minute. I pay £50 per month to Sky and have done for years, don't get may perks apart from this one. Every month I check to see if any free cinema tickets are available to me and my family, but no all are gone due to people giving them away to non-suscribers on HUKD and other similar sites. Is that fair? Would you like it?

I pay £70 a month to Virgin and if I can get tickets for a film I cant go to them Im glad to help someone out. The cinema is soo expensive so any help to anyone is much appreciated
  10. deleted91227's avatar
I get why sky subscribers should get the first choice on these, as it is a perk.
There are plenty of other free cinema offers that anyone can get, so please do not rant at those who pay good money for the movie packages, when you are all trying to get the 'free' tickets, when really they aren't free are they?

this is CRAZY!! how many times do you use a coupon meant for someone else? a promotion code that gets pulled cos so many people use it? unless sky do something about this it will be abused..until they do then help each other out?

Daveparry im sorry i cant help you mate ive tried to do it a 2nd time and i cant it wont let me. Hope someone realises how silly this is and gets them for you x

I get your point but using a promotional code is a little different isn't … I get your point but using a promotional code is a little different isn't it, usually they can have unlimited use until the cut off date. This is different, it is limited to 50-100 tickets, that should be available to Sky subscribers, not a bunch of begging HUKD people.

i can understand your point but the 'givers' are giving their tickets not claiming extra ones...i tell you what annoys me more? when you get there the place is half empty! what a waste!

What a great deal got 4 tickets to Glasgow for me and the family. Scatman your an Idiot go cry elsewhere.
Its great people are helping each other out as it very expensive to take a family to the cinema so if people can help others then thats only a good thing.

Recession ? Whatever I am a sky subscriber, I pay for the privilidge of going to events such as this for that to be taken away because someone grovelled for a ticket. Theres not other way to put it.

These are for sky subscribers, simple.

Just got three tickets for Liverpool, tried for Manchester or Liverpool a few days ago with no luck and tried again today as Sky suggested.

Must be some good Sky subscribers out there who have handed their tickets back to Sky for redistribution to other Sky movie subscribers, rather than to the unmentionables who think Sky subscribers are a charity case (_;)

Saw some people get questioned by the Sky rep at the Car2 showing a few months ago in Warrington about their email not being correct, look forward to seeing some more next week. Sky need to stop this stupidity.
