this is a 12month contract, you get £120 from quidco = £15 a month, better than O2, Vodafone are getting thier act together, my O2 contract is ending next month thank god, because O2 are crap, i'm going for this thanks

beware of vodafone. All quidco deals must be completed solely online to get the cashback. If vodafone call you back saying they had a problem with your order and will do it again over the phone, you will not be entitled to the quidco cashback.

Yes. I and other people have received numerous calls from Vodafone sales staff after ordering voda contracts online via Quidco,. and you stand to lose any Quidco payment that you would have gotten, if Quidco was reliable and tracked. Any orders completed offline do not qualify for quidco at all, even if started online, so beware.

If staff persist, and you want to ensure that you get a deal, ensure that you get at least the financial equivalent of the quidco cashback, in a similar time-frame, and get the sales staff to put the offer in writing, as customer service likely can find no record of such convesations - it happened to a deal I made last year!!

Well we got a calback regarding date of birth, I accidentally put mine in instead of the wifes. The Quidco was not tracking at this point, they confirmed DOB and Quidco was tracking within 30 mins.

Something you could try if your having problems is this ... Confirm it all, cancel it before it kicks in and then re-order.
