theatre break -advice please!!

Posted 23rd Mar 2011
Hi
Am looking to stay in London for 1 night with a few friends and see a west end show. Can any one recommend a company to book the tickets and the show together, or would it be better to book seperately? It needs to be cheap ...............

I always get mine through Ticketmaster, you don't get any offer tickets, but at least you know they are a reputable company

What do you mean tickets and the show? Why do you need to book twice?

Book separately. Start with a good Travelodge room (Southwark or Liverpool Street), Then go to "Compare Theatre Tickets" via Topcashback. What shows do you fancy?

If you book the theatre on the day then it is a lot cheaper and you get much better seats. You can do this with the theatre direct of the show ur wanting to go see on the day of the performance you wanna see. Of course its not guaranteed but generally during weekdays there is a lot of availability. I recommend wicked its a great show and you'll get really good seats on the day. But a word of warning, the weekend shows are more difficult to come by so you may have to Queue up earlier but for less than half price tickets, its worth it. Just weigh up what you wanna do.

Go to the half price tickets booth in Leicester Sqaure or the Leicester Square Box Office (LSBO) stand at Westfield London.
