So I had 12 month contract with virgin cancelled about 2months ago, didn't pay final service charge bill as I was paying 1month in advance (13) I got a remittance advice cheque today for the grand sum of £12.16 hmmm why would they be Paying me this amount?
No letter attached to explain what it's for any one on here had this happen before?
