its definately £15 at my Iceland, im in Lancashire but maybe its different around the country. McDonalds were like that, we used to live near Portsmouth and happy meals were £1.99 in one shop and £2.25 in the other!
It used to be ( i think still) for £10 spend at the shop ( i am sure for NI)
