Popped into Asda and seen these on offer. Seemed like a good deal to me. May not be everyone's cup of tea but works out at 6 pots for £1.

What's wrong with eating baby food. I always get kids meal as half price of normal meal

Actually they’re quite nice even for adults haha. They’re like a fruit compote so can mix well in yogurts or porridge for instance and they have no added sugar

Sorry should have made it clear it was for the little one (lol)

Thanks, was going to say looks like baby food!

Age 4+ months. (pirate)

Thanks OP I aways used to buy Heinz beans untill I tasted Asda Own brand which I think are even nicer and at less then a Quid for 4 x 420 they are a lot cheaper. Its easy enough to put half a can in food container and fridge it.

Tesco! 4 baked Beans cans for £1. You can also check in Tesco Groceries

Yep - Branston are far superior. Also Heinz mayo I find better than Hellmans.

"deliciously rich tomato sauce".......lies lol, 4 large cans in my local Nisa £1.50,not that I buy them.Branston are the best and even Tesco's own brand blue cans are better than Heinz.

Their always this price

Branston beans are currently on offer at ASDA 3 pack for £1.00

Have to admit I moved to Branston because Heinz was so expensive.Branstons price went up so using Lidls.not as good

So, 41.7p per can. Much more expensive than Branston and others. I do not consider this a good deal. Still overpriced. They are rather bland. How is the prce justified? Which ingredients justifyt the higher price, if any? Is it just the letters H E I N Z?

Tenner the coupons beans will go up after brexit stock up

Hi, I managed to get a few packs at 8p each, so some stores are reducing them further. But the shelf edge label was still stating £2.15.

Still active this deal. The wife bought another two from York

Yes it is nationwide it is in local store Scunthorpe retail parl

Its because they have changed the packaging..all baby food come in round tubs now.

Yes correct, it can be reccomended earlier for certain reasons and is acceptable rom 4 months but the guidelines are still 6 months for the majority of babies.

Like most words on packaging cuz it sounds nice, bit like the word farm on fruit, veg or raw meat

This made me gack (shock)

I never understood why they call it Cream of Tomatoe as if Tomatoes secrete cream or something, just sounds so weird

Well worth 50p, here's hoping it's in my local heron... Heat given

They had a small supply of this in my local B and M a couple of years ago. Lovely stuff.

I really like the Curry Mango variety, anyone know if there's anything similar out there because Poundland have run out near me.

nice find

Barcode was on the back of pack and scanned as 3 pack sauces on self scan screen (sorry didn't take receipt!) curry mango is OK tastes a bit like McDonald's sweet curry sauce(highfive)

It do! Perhaps it's the weakest of the lot.

Could be the case that they was supposed to split the pack to sell individual, i fell lucky on creme eggs, they had the 4 packs and was supposed to be selling them loose after splitting the pack at 3 for £1 instead they sold the 4 packs at 3 for £1 so 12 eggs in total for a quid, just happened to be in the store as they was putting them out.

Not in my locals must be in one store only

I haven't tried Asda's but the M&S own brand is amazing. It's the only one we buy now. It's 54p as well and actually tastes like ketchup should... not loaded with sugar.

Call me pessimistic but this is only useful if A) you can find one on the shelf B) your not going to b&m just for the ketchup C) you dont think youve just landed the bargain of a lifetime and treasure it beyond its shelf life

Call me cheap all you like but am I the only one who really likes Asda's basics ketchup?

Good deal if you can survive the heat in B & M !
