Hi,
Does anyone have any experience playing ETS2 in VR.
I have an Oculus Quest and a PC with a Radeon 570. It can run at a workable framerate but signs are unreadable and things look bad.
1660 not enough power? do i need to go 2060? Radeon 5600? or even 5700. I would go up that far but only if it's gonna look really good.
Thanks.

Thanks. I have heard people talking about that before. Hopefully that comes soon.
I am still a bit confused about how much of an upgrade I need.
What system do you have eg parts? Also What’s your budget for gpu?
AMD 3700X, 32Gb , 650 Thermaltake PSU (not sure if any other details are useful)
I would say I would go max about 500 but I don't play tonnes of AAA games so maybe it would be just a waste.
I'd hope to keep it more like 300.
If 1660 is about 200, 5700 maybe 350 and 2070 close to 500. Is it even worth the extra money? , if its a lot better in my scenario i would probably go for it.
But as you say maybe if some new cards come out any moment the whole landscape will change. I'm really not wanting to wait 6 months though.
Thanks
Can you explain a bit what you mean by that? I mean, I'm not changing the resolution. The game looks and runs great on my Ultrawide (3440 × 1440) before that I was using two 1920x1080 monitors all good again. Nowadays I use my Oculus Quest.
The Quest is 1440 × 1600 per eye and I have to down the upsampling etc way down just to get it to run and looking fuzzy etc.
