What world do you live in?
Great price.
I haven't voted, but my issue with this deal is that it's just another full price product with a code.
Why not just post the code and a few of the bargains that can be had with it...
Well...I dunno £30 off the RRP is hardly a massive saving is it.
The saving is a massive 7.5% I can see why people are getting excited!
Just an overpriced bigger phone really

If you're lucky, but they are b*ggers mate. You'll probably wait four days for a reply only to be told it's out of stock now so they won't price match, or they won't price match because the Tesco deal uses a code. Try it and see. But be warned that you might lose out if Tesco sell all their stock
Comes with a one year manufacturer's warranty from Apple as standard. Can be upgraded (£79) to AppleCare+ for an additional year. This covers accidental damage.
You, of course, have your statutory rights, which expire 6 years from the date of purchase.

thanks fo clearin dat up. -
Do the upgrade I did. I sold my 4th gen for £220 to a friend. She was pleased with this as it was mint, and I gave her my a leather ipad case too. Then I went for the Air. Admittedly it cost me a fairly hefty £150 extra but the Air is truly amazing. It weighs nout so you can easily hold it in one hand and browse the web. It's super thin too which makes it nicer to look at, and of course it's a little faster than its predecessor. Oh, and the battery life is mega. I'm not sure why this is, as the Air's battery is a lot smaller than any previous model but I can get a week out of it with regular use i.e. two hours per day. Watching an entire movie only uses about 15-20%.
Some would say it's a waste to upgrade from the 3rd/4th gen to this, but if you can sell your current iPad for circa £200 then I'd say 'go for it'...
should have studied harder at school lol, ipads are not meant for low skilled occupations
op good deal
Lovely but of kit if your thinking of getting one do it..... I'm an Android user at heart but use this comfortably
I'm amazed people actually use 20 posts per page..
The 3 year Guarantee comes as standard and as you say doesn't cover Accidental Damage.
The John Lewis Service Plan (Insurance) is an additional £75 and covers accidental damage for 3 years with no excess.
Sorry for being a heat thief!
Feedback shows they have mostly sold clothes and cheap items

Her chapchap will send you to DFS for megadiscount re-orientation.
Only idiots aren't impressed with this deal, apparently.
Same here. One of the best decisions I made last year was to get up off my **** and get down to the Black Friday sale. I Haven't looked back since and I'm confident I can use this tablet for the next 4-5 years no problem.
Which apps are you talking about specifically? Having seen various people on their iPad's, they tend to just default to watching BBC iPlayer, browsing the web, playing a few games and using Ebay/Facebook etc.
All of those things can be achieved on a laptop without issue - and you also get the myriad of benefits that come from using a full desktop OS (side by side multitasking being just one).
What really annoys me about Apple is how I cannot simply copy and paste films/music to the device using windows explorer. It all has to go through iTunes (yuck!). In a real world situation, this prevented me from copying a load of kids movies onto the ipad of some friends we made on holiday. I just don't get how pointlessly restrictive they are.
