Ordered one for my gorgeous 6 week old baby. I just hope she likes this as much as the iPad 3 she's been laying on for the past hour. Hmmm maybe I should have bought her a Nexus instead. Nothing is too good for my princess.

I'm looking for a good table that comes with 3G?

Would this fit the bill?

Have you tried Ikea?

Great price! Now just to decide whether or not I need this as well as my Nexus 7...........

Does it have HDMI out??

Great price, but I already got a playbook. And much as I like the playbook OS, and hate the lack of apps the 1 thing I dislike most is the 7inch screen size. I think the Ipad mini is probably the smallest I could buy again, just put android 4.2 on it and reduce it in price by £100+ and then I will replace my Playbook.

Where is the £30 cashback from?

Quidco quote "Cashback is not available on any other tablet other than iPad 2 and Blackberry Playbook"
The cashback is from Samsung direct, not quidco.

Bit of help needed, what would people recommend, this tablet of the Kindle Fire HD 7?

A great deal, only £119 after cashback. And Samsung cashback is now enhanced with a free 8Gb memory card.

Depends what you want it for, I chose a setup for travel and in car movies (i.e. a tablet (Arnova 10 G2) a headrest support, a 32GB SD card and loads of movies), superb oh and a car charger, so all in for me ~£150.

I would suggest the Arnova 10 G3, last I saw it was £120 in HMV, not the best (yes), but depends what your doing with it.

The Acer has quad core and HDMI out but the Samsung has a better camera:

Depends what you want to use it for and how much you want to pay really.

mmm decision ......

going to get my 11 yr neice a 7" tablet for xmas but so many options now around the same price, havent a clue now which is the best to get from BB Playbook, Nexus, Kindle Fire and now THIS lol , I was going toward the Playbook due to the size and that she has a Blackberry phone - any advise anyone?

What would be more suited to a child - this, the nexus 7 or kindle fire hd? They like my iPad apps which is a big factor, watching iplayer/5 on demand etc
#30
Seriously how low are the prices going to get on the 7" tablets, i thought they would be well priced at £150 but it seems like they are going as low as £100 for a decent tablet now. this and the acer and a few others i have seen that are getting really close to the £100 mark, they seem to be dropping prices like crazy at the moment. I wonder where the prices will go in January/February when they have stock they need to get rid of after the xmas rush, maybe worth waiting until then ?
#31
was after a portable tab with hdmi and SD slot, like Samsung kit but is this fast enough to play games and hd videos out to a tv ok ?

only alternatives in this price bracket seem to be a playbook or one of the many sub£100 Chinese tabs.
#32
Neighbours kids had the BB playbook, they didn't use after 2 days said it was a pile of pants, and if its anything like the BB themselves i can see why. My son is having a tablet for xmas but as we already have the ipad 3 he's between the nexus 7 and the samsung but at this price i think i will be buying this offer today :)
#33
really not in a need of a tablet but the price of this is tempting, should i go for it or wait till it drops down further :-)

will it drop further do we think? hope not if i buy one lol
#36
Extremely tempting, but I'm gonna hold out a couple of weeks for the Nexus 10.

This is an amazing deal though, would make a great Christmas present for anybody really.

Was going to get a Nexus 7 but think that this plus the cashback and memory card will make a great partner for my Galaxy S3.
#40
so when will we have the 8GB memory card ?

i thought the claims are done from 30 to 45 days but o
From terms and Condition it states
Claims must be made within 15 - 60 days from the date of purchase, for the avoidance of doubt the date of purchase on the invoice or receipt counts as day 1. Claims received outside this period will be marked as invalid and will not be accepted.
