Tell him you want your money back and if so desired buy it again. That way your receipt won't show a history of having previous refunds. You can always choose to return it to another CPW branch where there's a different store manager.
I wouldn't stand for that. You have a right to expect a flawless item when buying brand new.

The only way is to root ur tablet and use directory bind.

No, sadly. The Carphone Warhouse one at this price is the GT-P3110 (WIFI ONLY) You will need the GT-P3100 (3G&WIFI) In the 250-325 quid price range. That £G model is amazing. I have one with 16GB inbuilt memory and a 64GB Micro SDXC card in it, as t happily supports it but you do so at your own risk as Samsung only say it will support 32GB Micro SDHC. (not that they are responsible if data is corrupted or lost on your memory card anyway) Stick to old adage "if it isn't stored in 3 distinctly separate places it may as well not exist" in safety terms.
PC, External back-up and Cloud storage would be the perfect solution for the most important items. and the less so impotant on two PC's and an external drive or a PC and two external drives etc.
I use mine way more than i thought i would. I use it as a satnav, a handsfreephone in the car, and for bluetooth tethering for the kids wifi only tablets to access the web for games or youtube etc without needing to drain my primary Galaxy Note. The Tab 2 has a good battery life, even with tethering demand and sat nav using GPS I get aroung 12 hours from it before it gets below 10% and I could do better if I let the unit run its auto economy settings and dim the screen, block as much background sync as possible etc. needless to say I use a sim with unlimited 3G data usage included with the phone calls and texts on it, also worth noting the the TAB 2 is a Smartphone too, not a VOIP data type for Skype, Tango et al. Real 3g phone calls, so you can redirect calls to it for long journeys or weekends away etc too, The real 3G phone calls are available on the tab 2 10.1 version too which is another £100 or so.
Runs on Android 4.0.4 and will be SKYGO compatible within two months they tell me, but you can watch NOWTV from sky on and connect that to your TV too if you prefer to access movies from SKY that way. theres a free month and a reduced price for months 2,3 & 4 on at the minute, I'm just using the free trial right now and will decide whether to carry on. The movie streaming is great either wifi or 3G (assuming a good 3G signal).
Front and rear cameras, HD movie shooting too, so if you want a 7 INCH TABLET THAT DOES THE LOT, then the Tab 2 is perfect for the job.

Nah at least you can still store media files on the memory card, supports up to 64gb I think.

No, but it is DNLA compatible so you could link it via a games console or any other DNLA compatible device connected to your TV.

Try Item Number 290771292936. There are others for the differnt variations on the TAB, but this one should do the job. Just search for samsung, tab2, usb.
