Anyone recieved theirs? mine just came today with cracks/broken cylinder, dirty filters and scuff marks all over. considering the item description is 'Excellent - Refurbished: The item shows no signs of use' its very poor of them.

I received mine today, although not in original box it looked in good condition, however it doesn’t work - red ring on handle flashes, possible faulty brush head? Also, hand tools were missing. I have messaged Shark via eBay, however no response.

Just received mine, it was absolutely stinking. The cover for the odour cartridge is missing, along with the attachment for crevices. Not impressed at all.

The code wasn't working for me at first but I got it to work by:
- Using a different browser
- Open the redirect link
- Add the product to basket
- Check out as guest
- Add SAVEMORE10 and it worked!

Doesn't anyone sell a decent corded hoover anymore ?

Received mine today. Send me wrong model the one without auto empty station. Condition was not bad i put it straight back into the box. Asked through ebay to arrange delivery of the correct model and collection of the wrong one. From the comments it looks like i just should return it and not bother getting the other one.

Contacted Shark directly as the response via eBay was slow. Second vacuum was delivered, again good condition but this time auto empty didn’t work. After discussing with customer services it was apparent that excellent-reconditioned (b grade) items come via a 3rd party who are obviously are not checking that they work before being dispatched. They offered to send me a certified-reconditioned (a grade) vacuum, dispatched by Shark, just received excellent condition and everything works! 3rd time lucky!
