FUNKYPIGEON.com - Anyone else having problems???

Does your text contain speechmarks? I kept getting a black screen with error on it. Realised if I took away speechmarks in text i.e. "xxx" it allowed to to complete the card

Why is there no option to delete stuff from my basket,I only want one of the items in my basket & changed my mind about the rest.I NEED to take stuff out of my basket but it isn't giving me a choice.Someone please help asap.

I had this problem a few days ago. I too thought it was my computer, guess not now. Ah well bought card from elsewhere now!

Glad i am not the only one. I think i have found a solution by uploading photos to facebook then getting them from hthere but takes a lot of time.
They are lucky i already have prepay credit with them or i would of gone elsewhere days a go!

Sorry you've had issues, could it be the size of your photos? I've not had any issue with uploads & use funky pigeon quite a bit for work birthdays as I find their cards & service superb. could you try reducing size of pictures? I'm not sure of best way but I find that when using MS outlook I can select to e-mail pictures & use the auto option to make pictures smaller to e-mail & then I save the new smaller attachments & use them for uploads.

I am having problems using the text editing tools on the website. I used to overcome this by writing the text in Word, then copying and pasting it into the cards, but now the card I'm making just freezes and I can't do anything with it!

I use funkypidgeon at least twice a month and I think they are fantastic, however I have just got myself an iPad and cannot figure how to upload my pictures onto funkypidgeon! I have tried numerous times but have had to go back to using my laptop!
Can anyone help me please.

Me too! its nothing to do with pic size cause I dont even get that far!!

I go to upload a picture and it brings up a page and stays white the whole time, no way of selecting anywhere to upload a pic

I'm having a different problem - when I try to send the card I made to myself (so I can pop birthday money in then send it off again) I just can't get past the address page. I can't type my address in manually or get it to come up with the post code thing. I've tried adding my address through the 'my account details' section but I get the same problem. It worked when I sent a valentines card directly to my partner but won't let me add my address to send the other card to me.... which is pretty frustrating because my partners address (which is the same as mine) is staring at me but I can't use it because I need the extra envelope!

Not very happy with funky pigeon right now. I've been trying to get past this page since thursday morning (it's saturday afternoon now). I would use moonpig but I put some prepay on the funky pigeon account! grrrrr.

Thank you so much for posting this Ian! I thought I was going insane with my inability to make a simple card! I never would've guessed the " " quotation marks would screw up the process so thoroughly! Just delelted them and it's all working fine now

I always use FP and love it but this time I am having problems with writing inside the card. The photo uploaded, no probs but the card editor won't load. The timer circle just keeps going round and round without loading the page where you write the message inside. I was thinking of sending the card back to myself and writing in it by hand but I would like to order some Christmas cards as well and the same thing is happening with those. I have tried to log out and back in again without success. Never had a problem in the past.

I upload my photo and somehow when it's loaded the picture is on the side wtf I've tried and tried with different photo's and it's till the same. This frustrating beyond belief.

I have resolved my problem of the card editor not loading. Look at your browser where the funky pigeon address is and next to that I had a broken page symbol. When I clicked on the broken page symbol all was fixed! All my cards after that loaded with no problem. It might work with other problems as well. Hope it works for you.

I have been trying to upload an image to Funky Pigeon which is within the size parameters and Mb limit etc.

However, it misses part of the image off.

I therefore reduced the image size considerably....same problem???

Worse, I tried the same image with Hallmark and Moonpig...exactly the same, even when image size reduced...

What could cause this...seems odd???

I use an ipad and when I choose a card a different one appears, this has been happening for several days. With Moonpig it says 'sorry a problem has occurred'. I have ordered cards from both sites previously and didn't have any problems. Guess the websites are over stretched and can't cope with the demand of Christmas.

I'm having no problem uploading photos and overall I think the app is great. My problem is I cannot remove anything from the basket. Therefore cannot proceed with the order.....

Since Sat morning been trying to send two cards, but cannot get passed the address page, tried typing in the address,using the post code, sending to myself,log off/on, getting frustrated its now Mon morning and still the same problem, funny I recently sent around 25 cards with no trouble. FP whats going on!!!

I been having the same issue. Driving me mad!!! I have also called them and reported the issue but today but i am still having a problems . So fustrating!!! They must be losing loads of clients
