but using referral code gives 3 month free ? why not use that instead of £10 credit?
Like someone else said you can usually do it through the virtual agent option depending on how you answer the questions it will usually manually trigger another shipment of ink.
Guess what I told them the new ink you sent.me it's faulty won't pick it up, he said ok it happens so they ordered me 1 more coulour and now got 2 😜
I am a registered customer but had to complain to them this year. Having paid for "Instant ink" for 4 years i was never sent new ink and finally ran out. I contacted them repeatedly but it took 3 weeks of harassing them to get the ink. They told me that ink is automatically sent when you reach 20% left, at this point there was 17% left and basically could not see anything on the paper. They said my printer must have not been connected to the internet, but I only ever print wirelessly (with an internet connection on my network). In the end they gave me 3 months free. Once those months are up I will move on. It is a scam. It does not work automatically. It is false advertising to say "you will never run out of ink", because guess what, I did. You are paying the fee with simplicity and ease as the main reasons, but in reality you make your life harder. It would have been much easier to notice the ink was running out and just order from Amazon. Quicker, cheaper, no phone calls, no hassel. Save your time and money and stay clear of this.
Exactly. At £24 per year if I'm spending a few pounds more than I need to on cartridges then for me that's worth it for the convenience. Of course if I needed to be on a higher plan every month then it would be worth comparing costs etc but at £1.99 I'm happy to pay
