I had the same with the 600 Series one year back. I Live Chatted them yesterday after seeing this and they Instantly Refunded me and told me to dispose of the Brush & I can then order a replacement. I'm decicing weither or not this Deal for £20 is worth it for the 650 or pay the extra £12 & Get the 2500N? Which also comes with a Travel Case & Pressure Sensor... - amazon.co.uk/gp/…c=1

I'd always recommend going for the ones with a pressure sensor light - the Pro 2 model and above includes this, as well as a higher RPM so you get a better clean. I find that when I'm not fully concentrating (or in the mornings when I'm not fully awake) I can tend to be a little overzealous with the pressure I'm using, and the sensor is a massive help with that.

That's definitely a fault. If I were you I'd contact Amazon & get it returned under the guarantee. The battery should give 5 days + on a full charge for several years. You could consider replacing it with the 2000N, which is claimed to last more than 2 weeks on a single charge

Actually yes, that's a good point, I've been looking as mine is getting old now, had it a few years, and needs charging every couple of days, and there is a massive difference between using it at night when it's on 2 lights, and in the morning if it has charged fully over night and is on 3.

admars20th Dec

I'm pretty sure the battery is the only difference on a newer 600, but …I'm pretty sure the battery is the only difference on a newer 600, but you'll probably pay more like £25 than £20.So I don't think you're getting a worse cleaning brush with the 650, just have to charge is a bit more often. However when I've looked in shops, I've not see the packaging stating new battery, just read about it!

Surely the other benefit of the lithium ones are that they are more powerful? With the nihm ones you get a couple of goes at full power before it starts slowing down as the voltage drops?

Lidls have these as well. I have been using one for over a year and I have to say, they are brilliant!

Yes I missed out on this offer last time round... but managed to find one in B&M instead.
