Remember to attach large clear photos of the brush head and packaging at different orientations - ideally next to a brush head you know is original. Include any batch numbers or serials you see on packaging.

Include the seller's details including their return address. You'll find them listed on their eBay page.

Braun should be able to confirm whether they are genuine / authentic and safe to use. They will likely know how to identify current counterfeits in circulation.

They may be perfectly safe to use and the seller may well be 'above board' but it's worth checking for your own piece of mind!

If there's any issues then you may wish to involve eBay / PayPal aside from just the manufacturer. You can also notify Trading Standards.

Do not use them if you suspect they're counterfeit, they may not be safe - you'd be surprised but fake brush heads can cause injury or illness through sudden mechanical disintegration, toxic plastics or unsanitary materials. At the very least, counterfeits usually have a reduced lifespan ironically making them poor value.

Counterfeits can be surprisingly good doppelgangers; even the packaging can be near identical and awkwardly one of tells would be poor packaging quality - which makes this deal suspicious - but not necessarily anything to panic over.
