Breville hot cup kettle is near instant compared to a normal kettle and one mug at a time, mine was £35 had 2 one lasted 6 years and i would never use a normal kettle again, i would not buy this in place of my kettle

If you dont get the caustic soda mixture concentration right and you can have nice cake of soda crystals in your drain.....dont need to worry about that with these gel type cleaners.

Gel unblockers are easier to use as they tend not to spit and I think they work better on hair plughole blockages as the gel will cling to hair hanging out the water where it is tangled in the plughole and cable operated plug mechanisms. Caustic soda crystals are cheaper and I think work better than gels/liquids on fat blockage due to the stronger Sodium hydroxide concentration and all the heat generated when the crystals react with water.

Great tap this - have in kitchen and plumber said one of best taps he had installed (surprised given price point). The unbranded bargain tap I got for the utility sink at half the price got described as a piece of cr*p so bought one of these last time on offer at Costco but still in loft awaiting install.

I dunno why Brit plumbing would change after Fuxit. No, it’s Portuguese plumbing to be specific. Leaves a hell if a lot to be desired sadly! On the plus side, standing in dilute sulphuric acid for several minutes stopped my trainers stinking and left the mop Beth clean indeed.

Heat added for the deal, but thanks for bringing back memories of owning a Multipla. The only car I know that had the oil drain plug on the lowest part of the car. The Mrs. hit a speed bump and of course the oil drain plug decided to rip part of the sump off and leave a long trail of oil along the road and a seized engine. I couldn't blame her as there where 2 other cars in front that had done the same thing!
