Hello.
I need to send a parcel using myHermes, but i can't figure out how to get the QR code or 6 digit number needed to print in store.
I bought the labels online and on the app and no QR code received.
I tried to pay at the Parcelshop for labels, but their card reader is offline. Guy from the shop told me it's like this for a week.
There is a Royal Mail, but I can't find any option to print in store.

sorted byYeah it usually happens when you book it threw another site or Hermes old website. It’s happened to me many times and been on live chat all they can do is suggest you cancel and retry.
Where is the QR code option? I've got 3 parcels in my basket but there's been no QR or print in store option anywhere during the order process. This happens on both the new layout and old layout of the website. Where is it supposed to be in their website? Absolutely infuriating how badly laid out their website is. Incompetence just runs right through Hermes. (edited)

Indeed. Tried on the new site and worked.

Use the new website. The QR code will be generated after payment and emailed to you.
