There are a few things to try in this video, but don't get your hopes up too high as the reasons for the lines could be different...
Decided to bite the bullet and get one of these, needed Dolby Vision and DTS pass through, and didn't want to wait for a C3 at a good price again.
For anyone asking for a BLC code then the UQDLG_TVBLC seems to work fine if you do a bit of code jiggling, you just need to give a minute to appear in the list and deselect all the codes, then select that one first after the 10% off.
