    Look out for the feet width 77cm, they won’t fit on all stair widths.

    Thanks very much for drawing attention to that - I wanted them to paint by my stairs but my stairs are only 72cm.

    Can anyone recommend anything like this for wallpapering and painting walls with high ceilings by stairs, with a slightly smaller foot? Our stairs are only 72cm wide so this is too wide for me. I am gutted as thought I'd found the solution to all my DIY problems. (edited)

    Probably shouldnt suggest this but can you not just take the plastic bits off the feet and cut the feet down a little to your required width (and then pop the plastic back on?) I'm guessing these are aluminium so they won't be too hard to cut with a grinder or maybe even hacksaw (edited)
