I got these in tk maxx for £19.99 size medium I'm 32 waist. They're not too slim, I think when I bought them they felt kinda slim but not anymore.
They're definitely the best fitting out of any I've tried.

I ordered these before I seen this post, arrived today they aren't great I ordered a medium waist fits but they're just an awful shape, there's that much material on the back of them it's unreal.

The review under them from Mad Flare is about right. (edited)
