I did the xbox live gold conversion to gamepass for £1 trick 2 years ago. Nabbed a xbox gold pass for £22/12 month subscription from cd keys and gamepass shop. Stacked them up so it cost £68 for 3 years. Ends Oct 2024 (edited)

It's got this crappy anti-cheat software that has caused all sorts of issues on win 11 PC's. Good luck trying to launch/run it...

Go into Bios and make sure secure boot WINDOWS UEFI is enabled most systems dont have windows uefi enabled just a standard uefi version. Reboot pc load up an EA game EAAnti cheat should reinstall then your good to go. (edited)

tried the trial for this and did not like it at all. me and my kids play '22 which i found alot more better. '23 just felt, i dont know, cartoony and player mechanics didnt feel right.

I purchased the series X version for myself and the standard edition for my brother's series s.
Found out after some trial and error, that we couldn't play each other online.
Both had to be the exact same version.
Very disappointing considering all the cross platform hype.

Why would you buy the standard version for the Series S? The Series X and S have the same native versions of the game.

The current gen version has different mechanics to last gen versions, hence the reason you can't play each other. It's cross platform, not cross gen.

You can set your brother's console as your home console, which will enable him to play the Series X version of the game and allow you to play each other. He will also be able to play all the games you own digitally.

If you are desperate for a football game I suggest downloading eFootball over this. Played it very sparingly as it's just the same game. Very poor effort in my opinion. Too easy

probably means it's going on PSPlus in June I'm guessing...last year PSPlus had it earlier and Gamepass in June, so I'm guessing maybe that was switched for this year...
