About this deal
This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:
Lucky Mountain Games and Sumo Nottingham have confirmed that Hotshot Racing will be a day-one addition to Xbox Game Pass, when it launches on September 10th
Hotshot Racing
Hotshot Racing is a callback to 90s racers, the kind of games that littered arcades and chewed up 50p coins without remorse. This revival of sorts takes the classic arcade gameplay and presentation of those ancient beasts and brings it to modern audiences with most of the bells and whistles we’ve become accustomed to.

sorted byThis looks like a 90s arcade racers wet dream, very much looking forward to it!
Me too. And this.
Couldn't agree more! Gamepass has truly nailed it this year, especially with the top tier indie titles. I like the AAA additions too but sadly some of the better ones have passed me by before I had chance to play them but I do at least get time to play the indie titles as they are more pick up and play an don't need the same time commitment.
Had been particularly looking forward to this game. While I rarely buy any games day one, this would have been a contender if it hadn't come to game pass!
You don't own any games, can't resell any games and if you stop paying for gamepass you will have lost all your games. I am not sure it does offer value for money.
is about time we start to see more un textured polygonal games
would be a nice one to own in the switch and play in between with Virtua Racing
Looks like Xbox only but could come to Game Pass for PC later down the line
Yep and if you’re savvy enough... hang about for game pass deals, usually on cd keys ... save yourself a bit more
I’d love a remake of this
Yeah but my gamepass and Xbox live ultimate cost me £90 for three years, I sell my games when I'm done at a loss anyway so I will have lost a lot more than £90 buying them, playing then reselling
Sounds like we have a ps player in our midst
Its awesome, love saving so much money and I'm actually making money via the Gamepass rewards
Surely that's pretty similar?
Is the demo available to everyone or insider hub only?
There was a couple beta weekends, it's good. Well if you like old skool arcade racers
I think it was insider hub only
I mean, you're not wrong. But also people ARE getting to play the games, whether or not the technicalities say they own it or not - they get to experience them regardless.
What I want to know is how they can maintain that business model aha
I guess it depends on how you buy and play games. For me a gamepass makes almost no sense, I don't play that much and I can't even keep up with the freebie games that I want to play from places like Epic store; but then neither would buying AAA titles on release. If you play games a lot and value keeping games for years highly or are good at getting a deal then selling on for a small loss then you can probably save a bit over a pass by buying.
The whole you don't own it argument is overblown, and I say that as someone who avoided Steam for years on that basis. Most people never owned the restaurants they eat in or the hotels they stay at and we've never found that odd, I didn't buy a theatre so I could see productions whenever I want without having to buy tickets. None of those are directly comparable to computer games, but the concept isn't that alien given that computer games were commonly accessed via arcades.

Again.
Yawn. Disappointed with this game and glad I didn't waste my money on it on PC - rubber banding is woeful.
