    Interestingly, their T&Cs don't say what this email states. There is no mention specifically in the Pricing Policy relating to preorders. Could be worth arguing the toss with them if you really want it. (Don't hassle customer services. They cannot change anything for you so don't be bullying them with abuse) Be aware though, their T&Cs do clearly state a contract isn't formed until dispatch. It will likely be a waste of time.

    Only losers do stuff like that man, you and I both know that the price shouoldnt have been that theres no point stressing out a customer support agent whos just doing there job just in hopes of taking advantage of an error.

    They don't take the money until 7 days before release if you pay by card. There is no risk here.

    Mis-price, apparently they did honour AC Mirage mis-price so theres hope.

    It's telling that this hasn't gone really hot. Either people don't trust Game or think the game looks like a load of even for £25. Perhaps both.

    Warner Bros and Rocksteady really have dropped the ball here. Still, I'll give it a go for £25. Should be able to sell it on near release and get my money back (and some extra) so nothing to lose really. Cheers OP. (edited)

    Hmmm hmm... this is a mistake for sure. And I wouldn't gamble with this one, GAME are sneaky barks (used to work for them) and whenever this happened with games they pulled off the site or (in the case of released games), they were told to pull it off the shelves for 48 hours and not to sell.

    Maybe they're trying to figure out how suicide squad could ever kill justice league. The poremise sounded ok when there was mild interest in suicide squad, but now how do you defeat a team with a man and a woman who can single handedly take over the planet. I'm not even including martian manhunter yet haha.
