Not had a cancellation email - but one saying my order is delayed and £5 credit.
But the same thing - order returned or rather recalled.
The chat has offered refund or re-order.
Waiting for hear…

I ordered the armanj my way and didn't even apply the codes, it was due for delivery yesterday and didn't arrive, checked the update and they said they will deliver today 12th April, waited for it never arrived, I checked the tracking details for an update and it said parcel returned to lookfantastic due to recipient refusal to accept order- the audacity of the lies. I've sent an email stating the lies and that we have a contract formed as according to their terms and conditions once its dispatched we have a contract, also said if they don't honour it I will be reporting them and taking it forward. the cheek of them saying I refused delivery! Just an update I received a reply from my email and they have stated they will resend it. if anyone had a dispatch email from them get in contact with them to honour the order as you have formed a contract with them

Yes - their T&Cs state this:

“9… Any orders placed by you will be treated as an offer to purchase the goods or services from us and we have the right to reject such offers at any time. You acknowledge that any automated acknowledgment of your order which you may receive from us shall not amount to our acceptance of your offer to purchase goods or services advertised on the Website. The conclusion of a contract between you and us will take place when we (i) debit your credit, debit card or PayPal account or (ii) dispatch the goods to you or commence the services, whichever is the later.”

So I raised this and they’ve said they will resend the order that was recalled.
And refund £10.

Ordered last Monday and out for delivery on Tuesday then they recalled it
I messaged to say contact formed and followed up with messages and they resent it last night and arrived this morning

My order was out for delivery with EVRi today but suddenly there was “an issue with your parcel” and it’s being returned to sender. I suspect damaged. Unfortunately LookFantastic cannot replace it due to no stock so they’ve refunded me. Shame.. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else

My parcel was delivered today whilst out and my other half answered the door. Her package was delivered fine but he could not scan mine (Tom ford EDP) and so he took it away!!! Wouldn't have happened if I had been in!!!

Very bizaare that that's happened.

Not sure how you managed that though so fair play. I’m being told they’ll refund me and getting through on the chat is a waste of time. I did get a response via a negative review on trust pilot but only to say they’ll refund me!! I’ve got 2 orders and not sure if they’re both being handled the same way (or even at all). What was in your order if you don’t mind me asking? I wonder if they’re handling differently dependent on the items in question!?
