reserved these at my local wickes, but i'm hopeless at DIY can anyone recommend screws to go along with them? I want to put up some shelves, some things like coat hangers etc, into a breeze block wall. All the screws I can find on wickes say wood screw on them.

These are 6mm diameter plugs, so you will want to use a 6mm drill bit to a depth of about 40mm.

You will want a screw that is between 4mm and 5mm in diameter with this plug. The length of the screw depends on what you are fixing to the wall. Wood screws are fine.

Are they any good to use in plasterboard to hang kitchen cabinets? load wise?

You won't hang a cupboard on plasterboard, whatever the fixing.

If it's on dot/dab, fix back to block. If it's studwork, put your hanger on studs or add braces to hold the cupboards.

Would these be good to mount a 65" tv on a plasterboard wall or should I be going for wall anchors instead?

I used these for my 65" OLED on an extendable bracket, still up several months later! Need to have solid wall behind the plasterboard though for the fixings to go in to

These are what you need for plasterboard, hang an elephant from them.

I've had multiple ones of these come loose. Although they were fitted by a previous owner so DIY ability my have played a factor!

Bought the selection pack a few months back and best plugs by some distance. Have worked where standard ones have failed in multiple scenarios and my go to for every job in the ongoing work in the new house. heat added

These are 100% worth the money, I've used these, the double-length ones and the larger ones for all the DIY I've done on my house, from floating shelves and bookcases, to an entire IKEA kitchen, they are very reliable and rock solid, haven't had a problem with anything I've attached to the wall, it'sall good man.

I got a box of these, 100% worth using instead of what crappy fixings might come with something you're hanging. (edited)

Wall plug of choice for many pros now. They are definitely better than the "brand leader" so to speak.
