sorted byYou will want a screw that is between 4mm and 5mm in diameter with this plug. The length of the screw depends on what you are fixing to the wall. Wood screws are fine.
If it's on dot/dab, fix back to block. If it's studwork, put your hanger on studs or add braces to hold the cupboards.
