Peter storm umbrellas are great for their price. Umbrellas are easily lost anyway... If you want to spend £40 on a storm proof lifetime warranty job, no ones stopping you. I've owned about 10 umbrellas over the last 15 years. I think I've irredeemably broken 1, and lost /loaned 8. My £5 peterstorm golf umbrella is going strong. You can buy 8 of these for the same price as decent one. If you never lose brollys spend more. Want a cheapy for the car, these are fine.

If you want brollys to last forever, don't use when windy. Simple.
