Agreed the digging is fun - I have a little sandpit for the kids, so with a previous gem set I bought, I came up with the genius move of hiding some in there every day, so we could archeologise for them in there! They'd find them, we'd identify them, and I even got the globe out, so they could see where they were from (the fact sheet told us). All less fun if you're doing it for yourself of course, since you'd be the one hiding the fossils...
Thats a nice set too but... it’s a bag of gems amonites etc and you don’t get to dig for a mystery dinosaur fossilin it, which is what I wanted (y) May get that one too though to crack open the geodes!
Good deal, BUT... There's a National Geographic 200 piece set (fossils, gems, geodes) At £40, with a HIDDEN DEAL price of £25 (tick £15 voucher box) An amazing price, but these voucher deals are annoying when you're scrolling amazon, since they only show the full price until you click through. If it's out of your price range, you'd never click on it... (perhaps a little "voucher" symbol is needed in the results thumbnail). https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07TNNCSJD/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_glt_fabc_QQXN3F05YZGX78XD9Y91
Anybody got experience of this ebay seller? They have had a number of very cheaply priced Garmin "refurbs" this morning which have been very tempting but almost in the too good to be true category. Recent negative ebay feedback suggests that they use the word refurbished extremely loosely.
Sorry, yes I forgot that. Mods have updated.
Worth pointing out is a refurb & one left. Good price though for music version.
Thanks would have just deleted the link as was just to let people know
The seller you posted didn't meet criteria to post on site, which is why it was deleted. You can say it is cheaper elsewhere but not put the link.
I'd say no. Damp/cold seaps through quite easily. Not thick enough to give insulation form cold wet grass. If you sit on a jumper or jacket it should be fine, but might be a bit damp afterwards. In other words it's not a proper ground sheet like you'd have in the base of a tent. Agree with the other post above about usage in beaches, parks, etc. though. We have 2 and use them often, lightweight, easily thrown in the bottom of a bag. Folds up and back in the bag easy enough too. Works well for marking off your spot on the beach, gives a good spot to leave things down so they don't get sandy, phone, qwater bottle, food, and so on.
Ok apparently you aren’t allowed to say that it’s cheaper and supplied by amazon if you look on the same page the get deal bit is on.. Sometimes I wonder about this site and why it has a comment section for deals.

Think I will give ASOS a miss, did order jeans from ASOS really disappointed awful quality these were actually Topshop, but very thin ordered a size 8, The ones that arrived looked smaller than a size 4 They received the return 12th of May and yet I haven't been issued with a refund yet. Will wait a little bit longer then contact them.
I've ordered 13 items that I really liked on the pictures shown but I can say I only kept one item as the quality of the other items wear so rubish seriously misleading ASOS needs to concentrate on quality not quantity a customer will pay that extra couple of quid if the quality is right
They have “lost” some of my returns too. Not impressed. Tend to avoid ASOS now
Interesting. They lost my £50 worth of returns.. categorically refused to refund me, & told me Hermes hadn’t given me the correct returns code? ‘Tough’ was the attitude. Spent weeks trying to chase Hermes / ASOS / back again.. after being spoken to so rudely by ASOS on a repeated basis, & despite needing the money, I figured it wasn’t worth my mental health continuing to pursue it (disabled, lots going on - just don’t have it in me). I suppose it’s ‘my fault’ for not proceeding but it went on for months, with little to no help from either party. I’ve never shopped with them since. I used to pay their yearly sub fee too, needless to say that got cancelled. Good customer service goes a long way, ASOS failed miserably.
I have a pair of ASOS brand jeans, they're okay for the money but not great. Twice the price Levi's are twice as good, and last twice as long.
