    Can I cancel my subscription?
    You can cancel your subscription by calling Customer Services on 0800 068 4965. Call us Monday – Friday 8am to 7pm or at the weekends 8am to 4pm. If you wish to cancel your subscription after your minimum term, you must call us at least 2 days before your next billing date. For print subscriptions, please contact us at least 15 days before your next billing date.

    If you cancel within 14 days of the start of your subscription, we will refund any payments received from you using the same method of payment that you used to purchase your subscription. You will not be entitled to a refund of your initial payment if you cancel after the first 14 days of the start of your subscription.

    Just a note as I am sure this process to cancel will be painful and the bombarded with pleas to come back and special offers if you do manage to cancel.

    It's actually painless. When you ring and say why you are cancelling just say "I cannot support a transphobia paper" and the call ends rapidly.

    Are the included offers any good? The Everyman tickets are no good to me.

    They took a turn for the worse after a recent revamp. They tend to be from challenger companies rather than the more established (e.g. Everyman rather than Odeon, Glose rather than Kindle).

    Is this not better? £5 per month for 12 months and then £10 per month (if you don't cancel)?

    (I am in France so perhaps this is not available in UK? That would stink though.) (edited)

    We can't get that international rate but we can get something similar if we threaten to cancel.
