Hi @james.caseywLi this is likely caused by an add-on or software on your local device that is blocking deal links. Some of our links redirect via affiliate links and an installed ad-blocker / anti-virus / anti-malware software might be causing the issue, as you have found no deal links are opening.

You also mentioned windows OS, so I am assuming you are using a browser to view the community deals and discussions ? I've just checked hotukdeals homepage and clicked get deal on Win11 PC using Chrome, Firefox and Edge browsers and all the links opened successfully. I have adblock, malwarebytes and windows security installed.

Could you please check settings for any software installed on your device that includes web security features and browser add-ons. And also, if you could please test links on an alternative device and browser.

Hi @Gow if you could please review some of the suggestions in my previous post, you may be able to identify which software or add-on is causing the issue on your local device. Please ensure that your browser protection software's web protection settings are properly configured, and if possible, whitelist the hotukdeals.com domain. It's worth noting that some of our deals (but not all of them) may track through affiliate links before redirecting to the retailer's deal page. (edited)

My latest Windows 11 is preventing HUKD links from opening. All I get is a blank page. Links only fail on HUKD, all other sites are ok. I've paused AV and that doesn't seem to work. Anyone else with the same problem or has an answer?

Hi @majortom, do you have any other browser apps, web protection services, or add-ons installed, such as Nord or similar? If you can follow some of the suggestions from the earlier comments, hopefully, you can identify which particular software is blocking the redirect links on your device.

Hi. I've paused everything that might affect it. AV, VPN, Adblocker, so it's a raw connection. No other add-ons. And still it won't open links. I did at one point manage to open a link in inprivate mode and it worked. But I can't replicate it because HUKD blocks right-clicks on its website so I can't open pages in inprivate mode (I'm not sure how I managed to do it once). I've tried different browsers as well, Chrome, Firefox.

I forgot to mention that other sites work okay with opening links. And other sites allow right-clicking (edited)

I've found the issue. Even though I'd paused NordVPN it seems it still had some influence in the background. Only by quitting NordVPN entirely did I manage to open links.
