Informative LED Indicator
The non-prominent, ambient LED indicator lets you know the charging status at a glance so you know when it's ready for action.

Case-Friendly Up to 5mm
Designed to charge through protective cases that are less than 5mm thick.

World-Class Safety
Exclusive Anker technology provides surge protection, temperature control and more advanced safety features to keep you safe.

1. What type of USB-A wall charger should I use with the 315 Wireless Charger (Pad)?
Your USB-A wall charger must have a minimum output of 5V/2A. A 9V/2A Quick Charge 2.0 or 3.0 adapter is required to charge iPhone 8 or later at 7.5W, and Samsung Qi-compatible phones at 10W, such as Galaxy S22 and S21 series.

The iPhone 5V/1A stock chargers and computer USB ports do not have sufficient output and may not charge your device properly.

2. How do wireless charging speeds compare to a traditional wired charger?
Confined by the current wireless charging technology, charging speeds may vary depending on your device. Wireless charging is generally slower than traditional wired charging due to its lower conversion rate of electrical energy. At the same time, part of the electricity will be converted into heat energy and released, causing the wireless pad to be a little warm.

3. My phone is compatible with wireless charging, so why won't it charge with my wireless charger?
Place your phone in the center of the pad until you see the charging indicator light up. Turn off Vibration mode at night to prevent the phone from drifting from the center of the pad.
Ensure your phone features Qi-wireless charging. Then, reboot your phone and try again.
If the phone has a case, take it off when charging. Cases thicker than 5mm or containing metal interfere with charging.
Try a 5V/2A or higher USB-A wall charger or a different USB-A to Micro cable.

4. What does each status indicator mean?
Flashing blue every 0.5 seconds: The wireless charger detects incompatibility, including devices not supporting wireless charging, a case thicker than 5mm, or the presence of magnetic/metal attachments.
Flashing blue every second: The power supply is under voltage.
Lights on: Charging normally.
Light on for 3 seconds and then off: Charger is powered on.

Only 10w charging and it still needs a 'cable' better off stick to your original plug charger. Wireless charging is very inefficient but it is very convenient in some places. I can see some peoples appeal to it but if you need to plug in the cable somewhere to get wireless, stick to your normal plug faster charger (edited)

Sorry if I'm being dense but don't they all need cables?
