Terms and Conditions

1. Subject to these terms and conditions, a Free Gift (defined below) may be given by the Promoter when a customer makes a Qualifying Purchase, from 00:00 am GMT 30 March 2023 until the earlier of 00:00 am GMT 31 July 2023 or until such time as stocks of the Free Gift are low or reduced (Promotion).

2. Free Gift: a free informational leaflet about the importance of bees and creating a bee-friendly habitat along with wildflower seed papers for you to plant. There are limited stocks of the Free Gift and so this Promotion is subject to availability of the Free Gift.

3. Qualifying Purchases: purchase of either a limited edition Bumblebee mug or a limited edition Bumblebee bag for life.

4. Promoter: Sportsdirect.com Retail Limited, Unit A, Brook Park East, Meadow Lane, Shirebrook, NG20 8RY proudly supporting the Bumblebee Conservation Trust (registered charity number: 1115634).

5. The Free Gift is available per order containing at least one Qualifying Purchase. If multiple Qualifying Purchases are made in one order, the customer will be eligible for one Free Gift per Qualifying Purchase. If the customer places multiple orders, each containing a Qualifying Purchase, each Qualifying Purchase shall be eligible for a Free Gift (subject to availability).

6. The Free Gift will be available for Qualifying Purchases made in-store or online at Sports Direct.

7. All Free Gifts are:

a. subject to stock availability; and

b. non-transferable

8. There are no cash or product alternatives to the Free Gift, save that the Promoter can substitute the Free Gift for another gift in its sole discretion.

9. This Promotion may be used in conjunction with other offers and promotions.

10. The Promoter has the right to withdraw the offer or amend the terms and conditions related to the Promotion at any time.

11. The Promoter has the right to cancel or reject orders that breach any of the terms and conditions.

12. The decision made by the Promoter as to those persons able to use the Promotion and the Qualifying Purchases is final.

13. No correspondence relating to the Promotion will be entered into.

14. By using this Promotion, you are indicating your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

15. The Promoter may cancel the Promotion by giving notice on this webpage.

16. The Promoter accepts no liability for cancellation of the Promotion.

17. The Promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

    I guess the thought is there, but I'd rather just buy a decent quantity of seed by itself than have to get something that will end up in the bin.
