We’ve got one and it’s bloody annoying. If you put even slightly too much in there’s no chance you’re getting the bags out without the whole thing pulling up with you. End up just taking all the items out the bag anyway. Only got it as liked colour and idea but in reality it’s really poorly constructed. Feels very cheap and flimsy.

Had few Joseph Joseph products, all have the same issue, they look unique and cool and none of them do the job they need to and go in the bin when I finally decide the form does not outweigh the function
