So a 4xl is a 30 inch chest according to size guide, is this for kids?

it's 59" chest according to size guide. its 75cm across so x2 for both sides is 150cm which is 59"

The last one I bought some time ago which was slightly different (polyester, not cotton) was made in China.

Had the blue one for a few years. Colour has faded and it has pink patches like bleaching. Not sure but thinking it could be acid rain. Saying all that its been a decent jacket and £20 is a great price.

Mine arrived today. Couldn't get my arm into it as the lining was twisted before it was stitched. No free returns either which is annoying for a faulty product.

Got mine fits great the 4xl is closer to a 2.5xl lol but fits well. I'd defo go a size above your usual. Quality is good and it's rain resistant so decent all round spring/British summer jacket lol
