Personal experience with Samsung ovens have not been good. Got new one 4 years ago. The temp sensor failed after about 2 years and had to be replaced. The light in the ceiling of the oven exploded whilst cooking a roast shortly after that. Inner oven coating started to peel after two and a half years or so. Cannot be repaired. Offered a replacement, but not like for like. After months of back and forth with the support team, forced to accept a replacement that is a lower model. Had that installed 11 months ago. The fan in the upper half of the oven has packed in. Just booked a repair with Samsung this morning.
I have loads of other Samsung products, fridge, phones, wireless speaker, TV, all fine no problems. Ovens, absolute nightmare.
