Update 1
Use code SUNSHINE at checkout to get the OP price
I came across this all inclusive 8 night deal for Mexico Riviera Maya which I thought was pretty good for a last minute break at end of October, given that it includes 8 nights accommodation, all inclusive (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, drinks), overseas coach transfers and direct return flights from Manchester with 20kg checked baggage each and 10kg hand luggage. Based on 2 people works out at £577 per person. You need to apply code SUNSHINE to get this price. You can amend it to include children if you prefer. The date is Saturday 30th October and returning 7th November. Average temp is 27 degrees. ATOL protected.

(I'm just kidding don't pile onto me!)
Sadly not....
I had drink my Coke through the mask. Unbelievable (edited)
Been on many flights the past year and people just remove them and drink beer all the way . (edited)
No joke- where I work they expect you to wear a face mask when eating. You're allowed to pull it down when you're putting food into your mouth - nice of them.
The risk of catching coronavirus is more about the mixing of people from different destinations rather than the cabin itself. Regardless please do wear a mask for the safety of others. (edited)
Ryanair , easyJet , and even BA where not strict at all .
You may be wearing it incorrectly, it's supposed to go over your mouth/nose.😁
Of course they do.
Been on three TUI flights since Covid started and they are pretty strict on the mask wearing, they won't let you sit without a mask just because you have a drink in front of you.
Yep been told that as long as they Chuck drink down their throat or eat then no mask !!
Respect. I got big ears so any mask starts to pinch after half an hour!
The 3 pack levi masks are very loose and more comfortable than most on amazon around £5
Yes but airlines are only required to pressurise the air to the equivalent of 8k feet. The vast majority operate at air pressurised to the equivalent of 6-8k feet. The dreamliner is the only exception, but even then it's still the equivalent of sitting ontop of a mountain, with lower oxygen levels. Unfortunately there's a limit to what can be achieved, given weight is an issue and any plane that could handle pressurising near whats normal for most of us wouldn't be viable.
That's why you often feel irritable, tired, slower thought process after a long flight. Your Blood Ox saturation drops during a long haul flight, which is not something most of us living near sea level have adaptations for.
Also since the air is taken from high altitude, it's also very dry. Relative humidity can drop to near zero for the majority of a long haul flight. Why you suffer from dry mouth, nasal passage, dehydration, etc.
Best advice if you suffer during long haul flights is hydrate well before the flight, keep drinking water and avoid alcohol.
I believe the FAA did some research and found the risk of catching airborne diseases like COVID was predominantly from the rows directly in front and behind you. Essentially no different then on a bus or train. Or from the desks around you if you work in an office.
I suspect the stipulation to wear masks is as much for perception of safety. To make travellers feel air travel is safe. Essentially to try and keep a flagging industry afloat through this pandemic. (edited)
at the top of the page there is edit search, if you change to number of adults and children
