How does it work?

During this promotion new members of TopCashback who signed up by the specified landing page can receive an additional £15 cashback bonus when the below Terms and Conditions are met.

This offer is limited to new members and any members may only receive this bonus (or any other sign-up incentive) once.

Transactions that are in any category, excluding the Takeaway category, will be eligible for the bonus, providing other Terms and Conditions are met.

This specified landing page allows TopCashback to identify the account to add the bonus, if someone signs up on other pages on the site, TopCashback may not know to add the bonus to the account.

You must sign up to TopCashback between 1st November 2021 and 23:59 5th December 2021.

Good to know

Please do not worry if your bonus does not track straight away. Some merchants may take longer to track, please allow up to 7 days before raising a support ticket.

The cashback bonus will appear in your account as a new transaction, only when cashback for the initial purchase shows in your TopCashback account.

The cashback bonus will be payable once the retailer has confirmed your cashback.

TopCashback reserves the right to end the deal at any time without notice.

The bonus will be available for retailers that show as offering cashback on the site and will only be eligible for purchases that they offer cashback on when the member makes a transaction.

The bonus will be redeemable against any tracked transaction valued at £15 or more. The bonus will still be visible on site as long as it is still active, however, some merchants may stop offering cashback if they feel the need to due to the ongoing coronavirus uncertainty. If this happens, they will be removed from site promptly.

Cashback earned in the £15 cashback bonus will only be available for pay-out via BACS payment i.e. paid directly into the member’s bank account.

What will stop me getting cashback?

Tell-A-Friend bonuses will not count as one of your purchases towards the Cashback Bonus.

If you cancel your order during the cooldown period, the Cashback Bonus will be removed.

Only one TopCashback.co.uk account per person is allowed.

The cashback Bonus may not apply to purchases where a Missing Cashback Claim needs to be lodged to get your purchase to track correctly.

TopCashback will not be held responsible for any technical failure or otherwise which prevents participation in this promotion.

Multiple devices can share the same external IP.
Your broadband provider has X IPs that several devices and people may share.
You don't have your own external ip, that's a separate service.
Even your mobile provider does the same thing.
Plus next week,. if you check your ip you may have a different one as it changes from time to time.

It's more likely a matter of cookies+browser+device rather than IP.

Hey I am only trying to help with providing the insight I have with …Hey I am only trying to help with providing the insight I have with working with the teams and have seen with tracking of cashback offers, I am sorry for any frustration and I will be more than happy to investigate any declines we have received to see if there are any themes to advise further help. If you are having regular issues we would need to investigate this further but it may possibly be a browser or general tracking issue that may be helped by my previous advice. We are here to get members great cashback offers on the purchases they make with retailers that would be the commission we receive for purchases made being passed to members and if we do receive a decline we do work incredibly hard to dispute for the cashback offer on behalf of members. If you would like me to take a look into any declines please drop us a DM with your username. Best wishes Phil

    Phil,

Once again you haven't answered the easy question!!

Why have the small amounts paid and not the big amounts, using the same phone?

As far as the amounts offered on your site via the retailers, this is has always been the clickbait that earns your money from the retailers for taking us to their sites and spending money.Thats why,say mobile companies, pay you to advertise on your site with these incentives to generate volume and sales.....

Maybe going forward,if a person gets tracking/payment rejected why can't you provide proof of the last clickable link and whom it was then paid too (?)

Please answer the original question above

I have found my Ebay orders have tracked almost immediately, despite vpn, cookie blockers, adblockers, and anything else. Yet try going through some of the links on HUKD and you're screwed.
But I always make sure that I only have small (under £300) orders. Anything over and I would contemplate other options. It is often better to buy discounted gift cards, and make the purchase that way. (edited)

Fair enough. I just wanted to contribute to the discussion, maybe it helps someone.
But definitely they have several tools to discover duplicate accounts, however not always spot on. I had received the refferal bonus twice for accounts created by me.

A year or so back with the same offer of new customer spend. We bought a Nest Mini from Argos and it has been pending ever since - oh well.

Also my laptop rejected by Currys - they reject all cashback; they said I returned my laptop but I was literally writing with it and send them a picture of me with the laptop and the serial numbers matching the receipt - did TCB pay anything or even enquire after I send them this; nada.

From that date I've been using Quidco and have got 70% of my cashback paid now and in the case of Plusnet Mobile - Quidco gave me £5 for the inconvenience and Plusnet Marketing offered to pay the £45 cashback themselves. So from their non-payment, I just avoided them since.

I found out my workplace does RewardGateway so I get 7% at Currys and Argos with their virtual gift cards anyways so I don't bother with waiting for cashback when I get instantly. If it isn't Currys/Argos/B&Q/Wickes/Ikea - I, then use my cro visa card to get 2% cashback but I unstaked so I get 1%. When Nexo arrives with their card in Europe - I will be using them with 2% and no need to stake anything whilst earning 4-8% apr.

This wont be getting paid - cold. I avoid TCB. (edited)

If you are having issues please try clearing web browser data and to check for any ad or cookie blockers as well as extensions to disable these before every visit to our site to make a purchase. If you would like us to take a closer look at any current missing cashback claims or cashback transactions please drop us a DM so we check these for you. Best wishes Phil

I too agree with the previous comments about tracking and non payout for larger amounts!!
All the minimal ones always have no issue with tracking and payment by the affiliate links provided, but any larger over £25 have nearly always been either not tracked or rejected.
And don't start by saying I need to clear cache,etc....all use of the links on TCB are done on a single mobile not used for any other purpose other than TCB and any subsequent links sent too.

Have had the same with other cashback sites, and all give the same predictable responses 🤡🤡 For all of the missing cashback to customers, the cashback sites just claims the money and keeps it.

Also, cashback amounts offered are NEVER the amount received,as all are more and kept by the cashback retailer.....but TCB insist they pass on the whole amount🤥🤥🤥

    Exactamundo.
How is it the small amounts track, but the chunkier payouts don't? Same machine being used, same config but somehow the vendor/TCB can't confirm the trail of how the deal (the catalyst behind the purchase) was claimed.
Put simply, someone goes to the effort of posting something on HUKD. HUKDSmartPeoplein the market for what's being advertised, follow the EXACT link (fully aware of how the whole cashback process works), make the purchase, wait for half a year and then get told, whistle for the cashback.

Hey Ebury I can assure you that affiliate networks do work to track as …Hey Ebury I can assure you that affiliate networks do work to track as many purchases as they can with purchase amount or cashback amount not being taken into account at all when tracking purchases from retailer sites when a purchase is made to TopCashback accounts. We would advise that the most common cause for tracking hindrance would be cookies not being cleared after searching for the best deal or adblockers being enabled which can stop our information getting to the affiliate network. Specifically for mobile purchases we would advise to close all apps you have open and to clear all browser data before every visit to make a single purchase. Please also check the retailer offers page for any restrictions as this can also help. If you would like us to take a closer look at your account to help with any cashback issues please drop us a DM and we can investigate this for you. Best wishes Phil

    Phil,
Did you not read that I only use a single mobile.phone for just TCB and never for anything else? The phone is only for use with your site, after I've looked online via a computer or another phone!!
This has nothing to do with any of the ridiculous reasons you always being up when people's tracking/payouts don't work

What is your answer to why small amounts ALWAYS track and payout, but the larger ones mostly always fail to be payed? Same phone, nothing different done.

Do TCB get an additional amount of commission over the advertised amount?

    I know.
But the likes of HUKD, TCB, QUIDCO - all make us buy stuff we may not have.
For you to have saved the amount you've mentioned, means you spent quite a few spondoolies.
