Can i go without an induction or faffing about? Last time i went to a gym they said i had to do an induction and nobody was available at the time and needed booking. Never bothered since. This was about 5 years ago though

madcapThere are a wealth of workout resources, depending on your goal and experience on the internet.
Muscle & Fitness magazine used to be good for this, google them if they're still going.
If I was a beginner I'd do 2/3 full body workouts a week
Regarding the deal itself...I hate this gym so won't partake, but can't stay fairer than free!

dealcatchererGreat way to reduce your gaz electricity bill, go everyday, do a little but of exercise instead of sitting on your couch and using your own shower. You'll lose weight and save money. A shower is £1 so if you go everyday you easily pay off the monthly fee... I did this all winter and lost 5kg.
