Was going to join my local one earlier this week, glad i hesitated now. Thanks op
That seems very cheap. Ours was £12 when it first opened - it goes up after the first year of opening - but it is still cracking value as the council gym is £5 a visit. There is also The Gym app where you can track your workouts, book free classes, and look at your gym usage. These deals count on you paying and not going but if you are willing to make a bit of effort they can be fantastic value for money. I joined The Gym 2 years ago at £12 a month, I think ours is now £16 to join. I am female, middle aged, and do mostly weight training. It has made a huge difference to my fitness. I can walk up 5 flights of stairs in the car park now without feeling exhausted. Just don't sit on the machines messing with your iPod and do 50 reps of a 10lb weight. Stick some heavy weights on and you will see a difference in just a few weeks of weight training for 20 or 30 minutes. Just remember to cancel if you find the gym is not for you. I've been 6 times this week so I'm still getting my money's worth.
Anyone know if it is possible to cancel current membership and then sign up again using this. Thanks
Is that 22 after the discount is applied?
Hot. Northampton is £11.19 a month.
