Cured a friend's severe lower backache in a couple of weeks - it was so bad before he tried it, he couldn't even brush his teeth or use a knife to chop stuff whilst cooking & was on daily painkillers.

I've been using this stuff for about a year now, and it works well. Especially when used in conjunction with this. The antibac, which goes in the fabric conditioner compartment, is only £1 from Poundstretchers or Home Bargains and the Soap Flakes are only £3 from Wilko. They both go a long way for the money especially if you're only using them on base layers. The soap flakes are suitable for cleaning Goretex and other breathable waterproofs too. All much cheaper than the NikWax equivalents and just as effective in my experience. It may take more than one wash to completely rid the base layer of any smells but after a few washes they don't smell at all any more. Another top tip is to use antibacterial deodorant (It's the bacteria which isn't killed in a 30 degree wash that causes the smell.) Here's one to look out for.

They are so comfortable. I got a grey pair (forget the actual colour name right now) for £28 at Nike Clearance in Brum. I don't dare wear white anymore but they are real nice shoes.

I've been scotchgarding all of my trainers lately. 400ml does about 8 pairs at least and costs £9.99 (I got 2 for £12 from Amazon). Toss them in the washing machine every now and then in a shoe washing bag also - Vanish would keep them extra white. A rose by any other name would smell as sweet. They are nice trainers IMHO and I'm sold on the flyknit style toebox stuff that's coming out.

I have given it a go for £1 bit disapointed 99% of the locations are not avalible with the £1 option, tried for a swim in london only option seems to be central ymca every thing else is either very early or not avaliable.

Would they allow me to touch the equipment for that price ? I only expect that they show me the showers and toilets (:I

Of course ppl will say its hot if they only check out the main website page. But its clearly written in the t&c that you can't visit the same venue within 90days. Go to your local park instead
