sorted byBefore parting with your hard earned cash, do your research. These aren't toys and this is basically a glorified lilo not fit for purpose. This will be terrible quality and low stability (no snobbery involved, just fact) the paddle likely sinks.
These cheap brands are part of the huge problem with SUP at the moment. People are buying them with no knowledge of what board they need, safety equipment and clothing, safety in the sea or on any water. Knowledge of tides, winds, conditions, under water dangers the list goes on, but so easy to learn about So many incidents and deaths which are completely avoidable.
Loads of Facebook groups out there where you'll gain lots of free knowledge and can ask questions. Or call into a store that specialises in watersports and sells SUP, they'll be happy to advise you and give information.
Factor into your budget everything else that's needed not just the board, a few lessons are always a very good idea.
Please please, do your homework!

Edit: many brands are now selling off last year's stock including clothing, PFDs etc. They're are bargains to be had, but it's only a bargain if its suitable and right for you. From there you can go on to have years of enjoyment. (edited)
I agree wholeheartedly with haylhoo about the safety aspects and having lessons / sup safety guidance. I did lessons and a safety and rescue course which was fantastic and helped with knowledge of kit and confidence in self rescue and rescuing others.
Also I would advise anyone to buy a quick release waist leash instead of using an ankle leash, they will be much safer in most situations
