Really bad company - sent me an item worth nearly £500 in a ripped postage bag, no inner packaging, no coathanger etc! Contacted customer service and they couldn’t have been any more useless - definitely wouldn’t recommend for higher value orders.

Had numerous orders from them and had zero issues.

All packaged perfectly with inner packing too.

Never had a coat hanger but don't expect one tbh.

Stone Island used to be quite an exclusive brand in the 90s but has been severely damaged by the massive amount of counterfeiting

I'd argue that their quality has slipped. Half the counterfeits I've seen are better made than the genuine items.
