Tried a couple of full price and sale items, seems like the code 6107 only works on full price items now. Sorry, I am not sure if there is any other code.

Code isn’t working for me. 6107 isn’t valid apparently. Any other codes available please?

Thanks for this. I didn't order these because I have boys buy ordered some lovely boys clothing in the sale using the code and free delivery. Thanks :)

This has a plastic shell not metal, the webcam is at the bottom of the screen and the wifi I believe is only 2.4ghz, it doesn't say if the screen is IPS or TN. Another option is the 3L Pro from their Italian store, then add a M.2 SSD yourself, that way you avoid possible customs and get a metal case. The screen may be IPS according to others on techtablets. You will get dual band wifi but the bios is locked.

I bought the EZbook 3L just before xmas, No vat or duty as arrived quickly via Germany, not sure how they get round that Does the job as intended, only gripe, USA keyboard and charger was USA with a very small jack plug.

and USB3 and 1.3kg, however the processor passmarks at 1833, which is poor. 256GB is generous but probably unbranded and basic.Unclear if the screen is IPS but would guess not. Someone tell me how the VAT & duty on this works - normally at this price, duty and vat adds 25%, however it seems you can order shipping from Germany to UK and the price doesn't change ?? Any experiences doing this ?

Think of it another way, this device has a slower, fewer cored cpu than the average budget smart phone.

HD screen, decent amount of RAM, SSD drive..... What's not to love? Surely the processor will handle standard tasks?

Seems a pretty good deal. Even tshirts/sweatshirts like Mario Odyssey there :) Added a collage to avoid the disappointment of not having one (embarrassed) (embarrassed)

The misuse of 'free' is a pet peeve of mine :).

I knew someone would complain about the title, so I’ve reworded it.

What do you mean by the second sentence? :)

Heat from me

It's an expensive 'free' T-shirt too :).

Good price shame about the colour

I posted simialr deals previously and I guess it depends on who starts to click first, but clearly most of those voting against are doing so as it's not a Poundland price. If anyone could find these for £20 they are welcome to let us all know :)

Anyone for Cricket?

Youll never get expensive branded clothes hot no matter the reduction, it would need to be £20 to get heat on here!

26 people voted hot yet it’s currently-10 . Can’t see why as these jumpers are expensive and at half price are bargain

Polo Ralph Lauren Cable Knit Jumper (was £119) £58 @ House of Fraser
Found 17th FebFound 17th Feb
Good price for a Polo Ralph Lauren Cable Knit. Available in Small, Large, XL, XXL.

Gosh, I was expecting 100% wool for a jumper that was originally £120.

They are fake. Look at the labels, some say custom slim fit which I believe you don't get on the knitwear. Also all of the motifs are red and of varying shape, these normally vary in colour dependant on the colour of the jumper and are always perfect in shape.

As you say"pot luck" in many cases. With Chinese New year on the 16th Feb I think everything could slow down over the next few weeks.

I think its 'Pot Luck' as I've just received parts using Aliexpress which arrived in 9 days.

I regularly order from both companies. Banggood is nearly always quicker (1-2 weeks on small items) with the exception of EU orders.

I knew there was something I'd forgotten at the shops earlier! ;)

I've also paid a lot less, you can buy the Dupont connections, cables and headers separately. When they put Arduino or Raspberry Pi in the title, it's an excuse to charge more. Same as charging £6 for a laptop power connector when you buy 100 for around £1.

So, I purchased one of these albeit from amazon for £215 (preferred to buy it from somewhere I could return it within a month easily). I bought it for myself but also so I could get some first hand experience of this spec level. My usual laptop at work is top end (i7 , 16gb ram, ssd etc) but I have to say I've found this laptop pretty good. For basic stuff is brilliant. I've yet to try and run anything heavy on it... Although it seems able to cope with visual studio and resharper better than I expected. If anyone wants me to install and run any specific software that I am able to obtain via a trial or for free then let me know... Happy to try and benchmark it for you. I did buy a 128gb ssd... Apart from the lack of space with 64gb the stock drive was showing really slow read/write speeds.

I did get a refund from them last September for a laptop, took quite a while and put me right off them.

I bought a phone advertised on HotUKDeals for Geekbuying. Here's my experience- I havent even said anything about DHL charging me £25 tax before delivery can be made. What I have emailed Paypal: I am totally unhappy with the way I have been treated. Geekbuying sold me a totally faulty phone 2 months ago - that I haven't used - it gives me 2 bars - I live 200M from a signal mast. I get no signal after 300M from the signal mast. I cannot use the phone on any travel. I have now bought myself a new phone - use the same SIM car from the same network and I get full 4G. I can use the phone wherever I travel. I have been asked by Geekbuying to "send videos" and "photos". For less than £100 - they want me to jump thorugh hoops and waste even more of my time - it's been 2 months. WHEN THEY DO REPLY, THEY REPLY 1 WEEK TO 10 DAYS LATER!!! After sending them the video, they have said that there is no problem - as the phone made a phone call - they have ignored that it only shows 2 bars of phone coverage. I AM NOT GOING TO GO AROUND THE COUNTRY VIDEOING THE PHONES FAILURES AND COMPARING THEM. THIS IS NOT MY JOB - IT IS THE PHONES FAULT!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK, MY ACCOUNT CLOSED AND ALL MY DETAILS DELETED BY GEEKBUYING!!!!

Thank you very much for taking the time to reply, I realise I sent slightly off topic but you still replied with good, indepth, well explained advice. Thank you.

A biut iffy buying outside of the UK, for me anyway. I'd want to put Ubuntu on one of these.
