sorted byOver the last couple of years, I think we've both come to the conclusion now that it's awkward in quite a few situations that make it a less than ideal purchase.
Firstly, they are slightly supine even when fully upright - you'll definitely feel like you're "lounging" but it's horrid if you're trying to eat at a table for example. Secondly, the mesh extends right the way down, so you can't tuck your legs under - this can make it more difficult to get out of and again has issues if at a table. Thirdly, the locks aren't the best - every once in a while you'll shift your weight to get comfortable and you'll end up flopping backwards. Fourthly, the mesh gives over time - if you're on the larger size you will stretch it enough over a couple of years that your backside will have dropped to the point you are sat on the metal bar below the seat.
Having said all this though, for a lazy day in the garden here and there they are great for the money! As long as you temper your expectations with the above, at this price they're a bargain.
