I have this, it's currently being used as a bookshelf (my little one doesn't show interest in imaginative play quite yet) and I think it's a really versatile piece of kit - although the quality lets it down some. The paper laminate seems not to be pasted on very well, there are quite a few peely edges and bubbles on mine, but I think it's okay, I didn't put the Peppa board on so I'm thinking of removing the laminate altogether and painting/wallpapering to making the dollhouse bit more generic.

My kiddo also trips over the legs in the front sometimes (granted, he hasn't done this in a bit so he's probably learned), but that's a kiddo thing, rather than a product thing I think I can see how it would certainly be steadier with the legs out!
