Tasted rather thin and bland as a Americano too.
I'll stick with them for a bit, to see if I hit a bad first few drinks, but not sure I'll get through the 4kg.
Edit: they're definitely ok. Grinding finer now and much better. Some nice flavour in there, so for the price it's a win. If the roast was more consistent they'd be much better I suspect, but suppose that quality control is what we're not playing for (edited)
