I have this and paid way more... It's a great tub. Square shape over circle all day long. But yes it cost a lot more to run now. One of the things I did to reduce costs was buy an adaptor for my hot top so I could fill it and top it up with warm water from the boiler. Keeping the electric costs of the actual heater down. It's basically the same as running a hair dryer so it does make a difference. Hopefully that helps.

remember during lockdown these were either like hen's teeth, or were really expensive.

now you can pick them up cheap as no-one can afford to power them now. (edited)

Lots of false advertising with these. My wife popped it with her stilettos and champagne after winning a tenner on the people's postcode

Always fancied a tub but not ever now with the cost of energy. It’s never ever going to come down again.

As a tradie, I don't make much so can only afford one of these until my 8 person tub is installed next to my bar and pizza kitchen @ my 6 bed house.

Your best off letting the council know that your kids have outgrown the place and they will upgrade you faster

Could you combine these with a fire pit underneath to offset the cost of heating with electric?

Went for the Milan - seemed a good price.

Now wondering if the Square one is a better idea?

EDIT: No longer an issue - price now back to £359 (edited)

Had quite a few different inflatable tubs, and as someone said above, square is best - this model is great and a great price. I am luckily still on one of the fixed long term deals that runs out in September (really cheap compared to current prices) so this would be great for the next 6 months or so. Have missed it since my last one broke and got a full refund from Amazon when they couldnt get them.

If I remember rightly we refilled from the combo boiler when we wanted a session of using it as it was more cost effective that way, not sure if that will be the same even with my cheaper energy costs, will have to check out the numbers with the monitor

Anyone know the Khw usage on this per hour (presume this will be once its warmed up)
and how long it will take to warm up (would be nice to use once a week) plus maintainance costs.
I recall someone made a spreadsheet all you have to do is update the kwh rate

Forget it mate - you want one in black. Heats up much quicker in the sun and looks good taking selfies with jewellery on

Got this and inflated it 2 days ago, and it has deflated on its own :/ the price has gone back up now and Amazon will only offer a refund and not a replacement and the warranty claim seems a bit long winded, anybody had this issue before and maybe knows a fix?
